supersets
i usually had my workout 3 times a week… that is tuesday, wednesday and saturday… for tuesday and wednesday i had a slight workout good for 1 hour… slight but enough to almost kill me… ehehe my trainer is a monster… he always give me this supersets… and on saturday, since it is a weekend, my trainer kills me for 2 hours of workout… that’s why i always call him “bakemono”. anyway what is a superset?
a superset is two consecutive sets of exercises that work the same muscle or opposing muscle. here one set of exercises is immediately followed by a second, with no rest in between. after the two exercises are completed, a rest of one or two minutes is taken before resuming the same series. the idea of supersetting a single muscle group is to completely exhaust that muscle and recruit as many muscle fibers as possible. it also includes as many continuous sets and exercises as you like.
